IAMP: QC+SK Gingerbread Men 2

Here is the baked version of the Quebec and Saskatchewan gingerbread cookies. Yes, they are chubby because dough expands when you bake it. (It also seems to be a common characteristic of gingerbread men... O__O ) Blame the oven!
